The Mancion

The Mancion is a spectaculair holiday villa situated in Baix d’Emporda close to the medieval town of Calonge in the Costa Brava, Spain. The villa is located in the heart of golfers’ paradise with 35+ golfcourses, is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and has a stunning sea view.

A private driveway across the fields leads to the gated entrance of this completely renovated modern house positioned on a large plot with a lot of privacy.The entrance takes you into the splendid Catalan tower. The split-level arrangement then leads you to a cosy sitting room with fireplace, beautiful furniture and a spectacular view overlooking the garden, infinity pool and sea. Situated on the same level is an indoor and outdoor dining room for up to 10 people and connected to the large fully equipped kitchen. On the same level a corridor will lead you to the 3 double bedrooms and one room with two single beds. Also three bathrooms are situated on this level. Following an interior staircase you will find a private self-contained double bedroom with a king-size bed.

The exterior follows the luxury contemporary landscaped garden with tropical plants and prolific fruit trees. Here you will find an infinity pool accompanied by sun loungers and sheltered by suspended sails providing necessary shade. A covered chill out area with dining table that overlooks the pool, creating a relaxing and sociable atmosphere from breakfast to evening entertainment.
